Anda beach, with its long stretch of powdery white sand beach fringe with coconut palm trees, crystal clear blue waters, and a seabed of powdery white sand with no rock formations or marine flora whatsoever for miles on end, can even surpass that of Boracay’s White Beach.
Anda, Bohol is about a two-hour drive from Panglao Island. Anda is undeniably one of the best spots to see in Bohol, especially if you love basking under the sun as you swim with only few people around. Anda’s Beach is a long stretch of fine, white sand and calming blue water. It can be comparable to those famous beaches in the Philippines, but this one is better in terms of being at peace as it is not crowded with establishments.

Some resorts there charge an entrance fee of Php 10, but if you’re just planning to take photos, it’s free of charge. Alona Beach is arguably one of the most famous and best beaches in the Philippines and is often included in most Bohol beach tours. Located in Barangay Tawala at the southwest tip of Panglao Island, the beach has fine white sand, clear turquoise waters that are perfect for swimming, and rocky cliffs.
It is known for its white sand, rocky cliffs, and commercial facilities that line the 1 kilometre stretch of the beach. It is located near a coral reef and is a popular scuba-diving and snorkeling spot.
JAYVEEH LONG BEACH 🌴
Jayveeh Long Beach Island Resort is a fairly new resort that is nestled on a small island blessed with fine white sand and unpolluted crystal clear blue waters declared a marine sanctuary by the Municipality of Talibon where it belongs.
The whole place exudes a tranquil ambiance being far from any other habitation, with mangroves where different marine species seek refuge, and coral formations that are preserved and protected. It is an ideal place for scuba diving, snorkeling, or simply swimming.
DANAO BEACH 🏖️
Danao Beach is located at Barangay Danao, Panglao, Panglao Island, Bohol. Like Alona, its nearest neighbour, it boasts of fine white sand, cool azure waters, teeming aquatic life and is also home to some famous dive spots.
The beach and dive spots of Danao have gained recognition and so a few resorts have been put up to cater to the steady trickle of visitors.
